Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, has reiterated government's determination to make Accra the financial hub of West Africa comparable to that of London in Europe.
Vice President Amissah-Arthur said this when the mayor of London, Alderman Roger Gifford paid a courtesy call on him at Flagstaff House in Accra.
He said the structure of Ghana's economy has been changing in the last five years with the service sector taking over from agriculture.
