The Metro Mass Transit (MMT) Limited says its fares will remain the same across the country despite the 15 per cent increase in transport fares announced by other transport operators.
A statement signed by Bernice Akologo, MMTs Acting Head of Communications and copied to the GNA, on Monday said the "Company still remains Ghanas safest, reliable and affordable means of transport across the length and breadth of the country".
It said the MMT would continue to serve the good people of Ghana and advised passengers to always insist on their tickets when they patronize MMT buses.
