No matter what you think of the performance of Mr. Martin Amidu when he appeared before the Appointments Committee of Parliament, he was right on one thing.
He said the difference between the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is getting blurred with each passing day.
He got it right when he proclaimed that very soon many people will not be able to tell the difference between the two leading political parties in Ghana.
As a fact, the NDC and the NPP do the same things when in opposition and offer the same solutions when in government.
All of them accept the prescriptions of the international Monetary Fund for so-called economic recovery without question.
They will all increase utility tariffs and hike petroleum prices.
The NDC and the NPP have all refused to challenge the control of Ghanaian national resources by multi-national corporations.
Could Martin Amidu have been wrong on this one too?

Don't mind that NDC dep. minister, Mr. Singapore Pratt, with all those reckless leadership and their Demonic strategies to crash down our country , you Singapore were still defending and was in full support of the John Mahama's and Asiedu Nketiah's with their Anyidoho's policies. since you had your share of the cake, Now the cheese isn't raining any longer so greed has clouded you vision, "Sua" Go and file your teeth.
Kwasi Singapore Pratt has never hid his hatred for NPP. At any opportunity he would do Voodoo analysis to peg NDC and NPP at the same pole. Don't always think that you can always ***barred word*** the people with your lies, Mr Pratt. Since 2004, NPP under Pres. Kufour did away with IMF funds. It was your sacred NDC under the most corrupt Pres. Ghana ever had John Mahama and his government that went to IMF for loans. Always try to tell the truth Kwasi Singapore Pratt.
Kwasi Pratt! Never ceases to take advantage - in this case of a very general statement by Amidu. If you want to know the difference between the NDC and NPP, look at how t-Bills behave when one or the other is in power. Check interest rates. Then check the intensity of business activities. There are other softer issues - incompetence, governance, sippages and likages etc. There IS A BIG difference between this two parties, if you care to observe and feel!
