Dear Ghanaian Voter,

Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has unequivocally declared that unless you contribute immensely to the victory of the NDC in the next elections, you will starve to death.

He says that 'No Contribution, No Chop' to his NDC folks and this comment exposes the devilish mindset the opposition party desires to mainstream into the larger Ghanaian society should they win the next elections.

The neophytes in the system would definitely limit this comment to people within the four walls of the National Democratic Congress, but we should not be deceived.

It is the most dispiriting comment to have come from the national chairman of an opposition party if not foolhardy.

If his own NDC members who show lukewarm attitudes towards the party's cause in its bid to wrestle power from the NPP would be aliens and would, therefore, not benefit from the system, then what happens to those of us who do not share the political ideologies of the party?

Do we need paranormal powers to decipher that only those who would contribute to the success of the NDC would be treated as Ghanaians whereas those Ghanaians who may show no signs of belonging to the NDC would be famished?

Dear voter, the axiom that coming events cast their own shadows is what has been revealed to us by Ofosu-Ampofo through his reckless commentary.

God in His infinite wisdom, has exposed the wicked scheme of the NDC as they seek a comeback to power. If members of the party who fail to contribute to the party's victory will weep and gnash their teeth, something akin to hellish torture would fall upon non-NDC members who do not help the party to come to power.

It saddens me that this is how the NDC intends to treat Ghanaians who do not assist the party to emerge victorious in elections 2020.

Clearly, hell wouldn't be more appealing for those voters who do not fancy the NDC should they win the next elections. We should keep these monsters on the bench labelled 'opposition' for so long a time.
