The Office Fred Amankwah-Sarfo, aspiring National Chairman of NPP congratulates the leadership of New Patriotic Party and all stakeholders for a successful Extraordinary National Delegates Conference held on Sunday 17th December 2017 at the Heroes Park in Kumasi, the Royal Garden City.

We are proud to be part of this great Dankwa-Busia-Dombo Tradition which has been a trailblazer of participatory democracy and a beacon of hope for Ghana's sociopolitical development.

As pacesetters, our party has been noted with pioneering most innovative reforms to meet the aspirations and objectives of the party and the just ended Constitutional Amendments processes was no exception.

We salute His Excellencies Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo especially for the excellent show of leadership, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Chairman of the NPP National Council of Elders, Mr. C.K Tadem, the Acting National Chairman, Hon. Freddy Blay, Acting General Secretary, Mr John Boadu and the Mr F. F. Anto, Chairman of the Constitutional Amendment Committee and his team for working to ensure the amendment process was yet another higher democratic credential to the admiration of all political watchers.

We are equally grateful to all the ministers of state, members of parliament, regional and constituency leadership of the party, rank and file of our party and the media for the show of solidarity.

It was such a delight to see delegates exercise their democratic rights in a very peaceful atmosphere and proponents of various amendments accepting the verdict of delegates in good faith.

The Office of Fred Amankwah-Sarfo is hopeful the implementation of the constitutional amendments so approved will help our party in achieving our stated objectives.

The party is poised to conduct our internal election to select executive officers for the various positions, I urge all aspiring candidates and supporters to be mindful of Article 3 of our party’s constitution and to uphold the harmony at all times during campaigns.

NPP we stand for excellence.

Long live NPP
Long Live the Elephant Family
Long Live Ghana's Democracy
