Public and Private Senior High, Technical and Vocational Schools accredited by the Ghana Education Service will be supplied with laptop computers by the end of the year under the better ICT Agenda.
The Minister for Environment Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr Joe Oteng Adjei announced this when he presented 2,350 laptop computers to 62 second cycle public and private schools in the Western Region.
He explained that the project is to make the Ghanaian youth computer literate, globally marketable and enable them to contribute meaningfully to the country's development.
