President of the Women’s fellowship of the Revival Outreach Church (ROC), Mrs Jemima Botchway has urged mothers to undertake regular fitness exercises for good health.
She said it was important for women to know the effect of physical exercise on one’s health as well their general wellbeing.
Madam Jemima made this known during a health walk to end the women’s week celebration of the church on Saturday.
Head pastor of the church, Robert Oppong Yeboah also encouraged women as well as the General public not to make exercising a ‘nine days’ wonder’. According to him, there is the need to exercise every day to keep fit.
UTV’s Abigail Ashley led the participants of the health walk in aerobics to get them ready for the walk.
