Dr Kwaku Agyeman Manu, Minister of Water Resources Works and Housing, on Thursday inspected some affordable housing projects being constructed in Greater Accra.
Dr Agyeman Manu said the projects aim at solving the accommodation problems that are faced by Ghanaian citizens especially in the Greater Accra Region.
The projects are being executed in Kpone and Borteyman.
At Borteyman, a centralised sewage system sponsored by the Social Security and National Insurance Trust is being constructed, to reprocess waste into a biogas.
The facility is being fitted with a biogas plant which would serve as a substitute to LPG gas to the community.
Dr Agyeman Manu said he was pleased after the inspection and promised Ghanaians that government would do its best to bring the projects to completion by September.
