There is the need for aspirants in an election to fear voters, not ghosts because they can vote either way, Kweku Asare, a U.S.-based Ghanaian Professor has said.
His comment is in relation to the victory of Donald Trump of the U.S. Republican Party in that country’s presidential election.
On Monday, Prof Asare told Chief Jerry Forson, host of Ghana Yensom on Accra 100.5FM that he voted for Hilary Clinton and was optimistic that she would win to become the first female president of the United States of America.
However, Mrs Clinton lost. Prof Asare wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday that: “Fear voters not ghosts! On the bright side, I get to relocate to mother Ghana.”

See who is talking. When Americans have chosen their president look at a foreigner like Asare talk like a kid. You can relocate who cares?
come help build your country Ghana America is for Americans. And not Africans.I wish he sacks all foreigners so Americans will enjoy the fruit of their labour. God knows why he pots everybody to a particular country.
Y3 nyinaaa yay3 p33p3! Suddenly all our brothers in the USA have gone quiet. No joke is funny to them anymore. Come on, come back home let us speak Twi and Ga. You gerr me?
who cares about your relocation?
Master, your departure will not affect anything in the United States. There is nothing in Ghana that can be compared to the United States. Americans have always been unpredictable voters. Who ever knew that the same working class could vote for Obama for two terms. Your brothers African Americans are to blame. They don't vote and they just gave it to Trump. Next time when you teach in class , advise them to be conscious of situation awareness. Explain to your students about the discourse and the sharp divide between the philosophies and two world between America's college educated voters and working class families. Also explain to your students and to yourself that Americans vote based on demographics and their own world view and self interest. Their world view can never be the world view of Ghanaians so let us have our peace. Go USA.
Many NPP guys will sleep early on that day. They should tickle themselves and laugh. JM Toaso
