It has come to the attention of the Family of Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) and the management of The Multimedia Group that some groups and/or individuals are engaged in fundraising activities towards the funeral of our late colleague.
We wish to inform the general public that neither the family of the deceased nor The Multimedia Group has sanctioned any collection of public funds for any purpose. We therefore dissociate ourselves from any ongoing fundraising in the name of the late KABA.
Please ignore all calls for fundraising towards KABA’s funeral. If the Family takes any such decision, it will be properly communicated to you through our platforms and affiliates across the country.
We take the opportunity to thank all our sympathisers and well-wishers across the country and abroad for their support during these difficult times.
Thanks.

What is really happening in Ghana, how can somebody announce for fundraising for a funeral he/she is not part of the funeral committee? i don't get it. What has become of our culture and tradition even the western world still practice their custom and tradions of ancient times hence they celebrate. Some people are becoming disgusting to the nation if a country's nationals are ***barred word*** and love crook ways that doesn't mean Ghanaians have to copy them. Nigerians are experts in things like that but we never copied them when they lived wih us before the alien compliance order, they rather copied Ghanaian culture of honesty so what is happenng now? this is disgraceful and shame on anyone who tried to do that, that person is a disgrace to his/her family and wherever that person come from.Dishonesty is not a good character.
