Ghana this month joins the rest of the world in celebrating Global Entrepreneurship Month.

The celebration focuses on women entrepreneurs under the theme, "Financial Inclusion for Women Entrepreneurs". 

The Ministry of Business Development, has rolled out a number of activities to celebrate Ghanaian Women Entrepreneurs.

These included a capacity development seminar for women which was held on Thursday, 8th November 2018, and a health walk on Saturday, 10th November 2018. 

To climax the month celebration, a Special Fundraising Gala Ball will be held on Thursday, 29th November 2018 at Kempinski Hotel.

The fundraising event is targeted at raising GHC4 million as seed fund to provide support to physically challenged women entrepreneurs in Ghana and will have Her Excellency, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo, First Lady of the Republic of Ghana as the Special Guest of Honour. 

The Gala Ball will also have former First Ladies of the Republic, and other dignitaries in attendance.
