The founding president of think tank IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, says the gruesome murder of Ahmed Hussein-Suale, a Tiger Eye PI undercover journalist has made him 'afraid'.
Ahmed Hussein, who worked closely with ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, was shot by gunmen on a motorbike Wednesday night while in his car driving home.
He was shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck. The body has since been conveyed to the Police Hospital Mortuary in Accra.
In reaction to this on his facebook page, Mr Cudjoe wrote: “Gravely worried about the brutal murder of one of Anas' investigators. There can be only one cause – the dastardly effusions and contorted logic of those who vow to deal with their fellow human beings for doing their work. Gradually, the reckless commentary by some people in high office has emboldened just any character happy to threaten and even kill independent thinking persons all in an apparent democracy. Be very afraid. I am afraid”

The police need to act fast to restore public confidence in the safety of our cities. Need to swiftly arrest the murderers and charge them with murder.
with Ken walking around free, no one is safe
I think this should be a wake up call to re-examine how certain people go by their duties. are we saying by the mere fact that people know the pictures of journalists in Ghana, constitutes threat? then most journalists wld have died by now.
KEN WILL SURELY DIE UNTIMELY
Hmmm. What's becoming of Ghana? Just because of some small dirty money that someone has and belongs to a particular political party in this country, he is left to do whatever he likes. May God almighty himself avenge the death of this man.
