A Circuit court in Cape Coast on Wednesday, fined Evans Arthur, a driver, GHC60.00 or serve six months in jail in default for failing to wear seat belt whiles driving.
Arthur pleaded guilty and appealed to the court to give him another chance.
The court presided over by Mr. Samuel Asare Nyarko, however made it known to him that the seat belt was made to secure his safety and his passengers and without it lives would be lost.
