Police in Accra have arrested two foreigners for dealing in fake currencies.
The suspects, Adekunle Morufdeen, a 52-year-old Nigerian and 35-year-old Mohammed Basima, a Tunisian, attempted to bribe the police SWAT team that swooped on them with 3,000 dollars.
The Police took the cash but still arrested the suspects.
The police also retrieved a brief case containing an unspecified amount of fake Dollars from the suspects. Director of Police Public Affairs, DSP Cephas Arthur told 'Starr News' the suspects will be arraigned before court soon.
DSP Arthur said the police is retaining the money as exhibit and would be used against the suspects in court.
