In an anticipation to do better than what they have recorded in previous years, Groupe Nduom would be gathering its management team at one location to map out plans to achieve their goals in 2017.

The gathering of the management team is annual routine of Groupe Nduom and this year’s gathering would offer the team gathered an opportunity to talk about things they have agreed upon to deliver in 2016.

In an interview with Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom on ATV, the business consultant and astute politician noted that the summit would offer his team the chance to address areas which need major structural changes within the company.

2017, in his view would offer them another opportunity to figure out what they can achieve in the area of customer service, efficiency, and in the way they carry out their operations. Above all, Dr. Nduom, a business tycoon believes the financial results matters most.

“Where we need to make major structural changes, we make them – it doesn’t happen too often but sometimes when we need to merge entities or consolidate, reduce staff  or upgrade people in their position, we do so”, he said.

He added that “the hope is that when we are done, we would be united in our resolve, team and together we can work to ensure that we accomplish our goals and expectation of Groupe Nduom as one business family”.

Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom further mentioned that as a team, they are aware of the financial, operation and power issues they could confront them which is to be expected by all businesses and for this reason, they are meeting to anticipate and find solutions which would make the company deal with such issues in a successful way.

The management meeting would be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 through to Sunday in the Central Region.
