someone had to find a way to insult mahama and call him an invader. who are you deceiving?? these ritual and tribalism have no place in the sight of God. if obaahemaa fear and obeyed God, she would be rewarded irrespective of how much you denigrate her memory in the name of tradition. if on the hand she supported this wanton participation in fetish, then she's screwed wherever she is now. God is not mocked. you killed people and threatening to kill more just to burry one person??
Krobea Asante-Kotoko !! S3 wokum apem a apem b3ba. The supreme Asante culture on display !. Most of you guys out there are simply haters who because you don't have cultures of your own, tries, albeit, in vain to belittle the Great Asante experiment. I urge all of you to have a life ! Look, whether you like it or not, Ghana's history cannot be written without reference to Asante. John Mahama went to the Kingdom, insulted us and called us ungrateful. This simply statement awakened the sleeping giant and on the appointed time, we came out numbering more than 2million cast out ballot against the invader sending him to the Sahel where he properly belongs. Don't mess with Asante. I rest my case.
All this people commenting on how "barbar1c and satanic practices". Was there any picture of someone getting killed. Comment on the pictures out there and stop making up ***barred word***. All the so call Christians are the reason why this world is what it is. We Ashanti's are proud of what we are and we are always going to be. I have not lived in Ghana since I was a kid but very much proud of our kingdom. RIP Ohemaa
@ think deep, What is there to be proud of Satanism? And stop quoting scripture out of ignorance. Since when has fetishism, human sacrifice, pouring of libation to the spirit of the dead, shrines and ***barred word*** powerless gods, the display of charms, witchcraft and juju is said be for you and who? For which you shamelessly and unrepentantly call it your own? Firstly you need repentance, else you and the likes will rot in hell. And in hell you will understand this folly you call tradition. May be you are a pagan or take delight in patronising their trade as I can see, but you are in danger of hell fire, repent and seek the Lord now before it is too late.
I PERSONALLY THINK THIS IS ALL UNNECESSARY AND TOO FETISH TO ME.
Eiii Ashantis and funeral! Unfortunately funeral is their main occasion therefore don't be surprised about what you will be seeing.
They claim they know God but they are serving two maters at the same time. May the Almighty open their eyes to see the true word of God.
@ NDK, be proud of your own, even HINDUS,BHUDIST with their idol worship are proud of their own,how much more hebrews, the people of the bible, the Asante's..... read leviticus 5:5-10 and you will know who a priest is,Asantes are the greatest people on the planet and the world knows about it,am sl glad of our great tradition that has been kept since ages.
This barbar1c and satanic practices only produce nothing but a curse! For a moment I thought the Asante kingdom has moved away from these things and that they are an example of how we as a people can move away from such devilish customs under the guise of tradition but no, they are worse! The chieftaincy institution has a long way to go indeed. This soul is by now frying in hell fire! Enough of the pretence. They need repentance including the king!
DA YIE OHEMA. THIS SHOWS HOW RICH AFRICA TRADITION IS AND WE ASHANTI'S ARE VERY PROUD OF HER LEGACY.MAY THE ALMIGHTY PUT HER TO PERFECT REST.
