The presiding judge selected to supervise over the election petition before the Supreme Court, Justice William Atuguba, has warned counsel representing both parties in the case to desist from unleashing harangues phrases; which is gradually becoming an approach some of them have adopted in degrading their colleagues whenever they shared different opinions on a matter.
Justice Atuguba pontificated that he finds it hard to come to terms with swipe taking trade which the lead counsels throw in when they disagree with each other.
He indicated that he doesnt see the necessity in counsels taking jabbing each other by insinuating that somebody dont know what he is aboutsomebody is joking.
Inasmuch as it was okay for the lead counsel to point out matters, the presiding Supreme Court judge cautioned that it was completely unnecessary for both sides to add sour grapes to their reports when presenting them before the court.
He challenged them to focus on the relevance of their case and stop the castigation since the castigations are neither here nor there.
