Zimbabwe�s constitutional court must decide if the country will return to the polls within the next 14 days.
Lawyers for the Movement for Democratic Change � the MDC � launched a legal challenge to President Robert Mugabe�s landslide victory in last week�s presidential election.
The 15 grounds include alleged bribery, intimidation of voters and manipulation of the electoral role.
Morgan Tsvangirai is the leader of the MDC and lost out in the race for the presidency polling 34 percent .
Robert Mugabe � at 89 Africa�s oldest ruler � was declared the winner with just over 61 percent of the votes.
His Zanu-PF party has denied any vote rigging. Some Western governments have questioned the vote�s credibility. If the court upholds the results Mugabe who decried Western countries for their response must be sworn in within 48 hours of the ruling.
