A communications team member of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fred Agbenyo has admitted that the NDC Mahama-led government has really been hit with numerous glitches that are making smooth governance.
According to him, in as much as the president is trying very hard to solve issues that have brought hardship to the citizenry, he believes soon Ghanaians will smile.
Fred Agbenyo noted that, the erratic power supply Ghanaians are experiencing now and the shortage of water in some parts of the country have always been a problem to be solved as a country, but very optimistic that that will be unriddle soon by President John Dramani Mahama.
Speaking on Peace FMs Kokrokoo programme, the NDC man opined that even though there is hardship, President Mahama must be commended for some developmental projects his administration is undertaking.
There are so many projects ongoing in the country under this government and if these are completed, communities like Madina and its environs will benefit. I admit there are difficulties, but people make it look as if Ghana is now not a better place to live in. He [Mahama] is the president and he will deliver all he promised the people of Ghana, he said.
..As to whether the president can deliver all his promises, Ghanaians must encourage and support him to do that rather than the insults. I am not asking for us to praise the president. We did not vote for him to be praised no, but if he is doing something positive, let us motivate and encourage him to work hard, he urged.
