Below is the 27-acre land reserved for the construction of one of the Community Day SHSs at Konkon in the Ga South municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
Filing a report from the land site, Peace FM's Senior Reporter Akwasi Agyemang noted that there is no sign post to indicate the proposed site of the school project.
The "land has also not been cleared" for work to commence.
It's been left in absolute limbo and "residents have complained bitterly about the apparent neglect" of the yet-to-take-off project.
"Weeds have outgrown the land and portions of it have been turned into farming site," Akwasi Agyemang reports.
Roads leading to the land site are very dusty and not tarred which may pose health risks to the students should government begin the establishment on the site.
