Kwesi Pratt, the Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, has described as silly and unbelievable claims by the opposition New Patriotic Party that he benefitted from the GH¢51.2 million judgment debt wrongfully paid to Alfred Woyome.
Nana Akomea, NPP’s Communications Director, Nana Akomea at a news conference in Accra Monday alleged that Mr Woyome wrote down the names of all the beneficiaries of the money and indicated the exact reasons why the money is being paid to them.
According to Nana Akomea, the key beneficiaries include;
(a)A GHC1 million payment was made to the NDC party on 15 February 2011
(b)GHC75,000 was given to Professor Awunor on 28 June 2011
(c)GHC60,000 was given to Jewel Ackah on 16 June 2011
(d)GHC20,000 was given to NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia
popularly known as General Mosquito on 2 September 2011
(e)GHC60,000 former head of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), Steve Kpordzih 2011
(f)GHC8,000 to one Suhyini of Radio Gold in 2011
(g)GHC2,000 Managing Editor of Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt in 2011
(h)GHC15,000 to NDC branch in Hohoe in 2011

(l)GHC13,000 NDC Deputy General Secretary, Koku Anyidoho 1 May 2011
(m)GHC30,000 8 February 2011 to NDC Greater Accra Regional Chairman, Ade Coker
But Mr Kwesi Pratt has told pulse.com.gh that the allegations are silly and shows desperation on the part of the NPP.
“This is extremely silly. It’s so silly; it’s unbelievable. This can only be a sign of desperation on their part. What is this? That you find somebody’s name with 2000 cedis by it and therefore we took part of Woyome’s money; it’s so silly…what is politics coming to. It’s just incredible. I can’t believe that this has happened; I can’t believe that they’ve been so silly,” he said

THIS IS IMMATURE AND ***barred word***. IF THE NPP HAD ALL THESE INFORMATION, WHAT STOPPED THEM FROM PRESENTING IT IN COURT? THEY RATHER CHOSE TO TROOP SHAMELESSLY TO THE PRESS IN ORDER TO EXHIBIT THEIR IGNORANCE. THEY ASSUMED THAT WE ARE ALL GULLIBLE ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THEM.LEAVE MR PRATT ALONE.
Ohhh Kwesi... I even thought you were going to deny the claim.... Now you are resorting this argument to hide behind the cloak of technicalities?. I'm disappointed.
A disgraceful Pratt. u were able to collect only 2000 cedis. aaaaaaaaaaaaaa wo y3 fo saaa. wa no paaaapaaaaaaa nyinaaaa. whiles others are colecting 60thousand. Masa i shy give u koraaaa. shame unto you...bribe collector Pratt....what NPP did has paaaaaaaaaaaaaaain u
you are Extremely S1L-Ly, did you receive it or not, just give us simple answer, your days are numbered.
kwesi pratty my brother, 20000 why you are disgracing our family because of you i will vote for change to see people dragging you to court gods curse
Kwasi, the amount doesnt matter. Did you receive or did not receive? That is the question. Leave the rest for us to judge. Their sins shall find them out. Or maybe Wayome paid for 1000 copies of the Insight newspaper in advance. Same as Ade Coker is telling us he did currency exchange for Wayome. What about Asiedu Nketia? Sold blocks? Koku Anyidoho, insulted on behalf of Wayome?
Kwesi's portion is small but had a curse been placed on those who took the booty he still will have died. Kwesi, next time collect big ok?
Wow kwasi Pratt we know this for very long time with your cheap politics on peace fm.surely Our God will bring you down.
Tell Pratt that the National Security CCTV gift that he recieved at his office and home is yet to come out. The CCTV Cameras were installed by the Virtual Security Africa (VSA) and paid for by the National Security.
Kwesi Pratt has always been a pretender,do we remember what was said about at the reconciliation commission,he plans demonstration with people and goes behind to report them to the military.I have always said that his news papers don't sell 20 copies the whole Ghana per publication but he educates his children abroad, how does he finance all his expenditure,Kwesi is fake ,have we wondered why he and kwaku baako has not been on same program in recent memory because he will always be exposed.Any time he is exposed he goes ballistic ,he is not respected anymore but God is not dead.We shall have our day with our maker and the bribes you have taken to better your life at the expense of the poor will be exposed.Kwesi thank for letting us know we are si lly but we are glad Ghanaians know who you are!
