Audio Attachment: Listen to James Kwabena Bomfeh on Peace FM's 'kokrokoo' |
James Kwabena Bomfeh has rebuked President Akufo-Addo for the continual use of his private security personnel during State functions.
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo', James Kwabena Bomfeh popularly called Kabila questioned the essence of the private security for the first gentleman of the country.
According to him, the President's use of private security during his campaign era and when he was yet elected as Head of State was acceptable but he should understand that the era has changed.
"That is an issue we should be worried about," he stated.
He told sit-in host Nana Yaw Kesseh that President Akufo-Addo should know that he has been elected by the Ghanaian electorate to lead the nation and so must do away with the private security around him.
Kabila stated emphatically that there are State trained security personnel as the Police and Military who are to guard the President on every occasion, not his usual private security bodyguards.
"It is not a sign of modesty please. State security is State security," Kabila stressed.

WHEN PEOPLE ARE VOID OF WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE THEY LIKE TO TALK A LOT, SO THEY CAN FOO.L PEOPLE THAT THEY TOO KNOW SOMETHING, ONLY FOR THEM TO OPEN THEIR MOUTHS AND DISPLAY THEIR IGNORANCE AND LACK OF WISDOM. IN THESE DAYS OF ISIL, BOKO HARAM, DAESH ET. IT IS BETTER THE PRESIDENT HAD VERY TIGHT AND STRONG SECURITY COVER THAN TO BE LEFT WITHOUT SECURITY AND BE SORRY.
The state security is necessary but it is sufficient for the President to maintain his trusted and loyal personali security insofar as they act professionally and do not breach protocol. Kabila seems empty in thoughts to make any sense at the studio.
Don't mind this drunkard. Kabila, Kennedy Agyepong will get you :) :)
Eei Kabila, This one too na issue?
I became sad when i read it, in fact the media has wasted a precious time by invisting this man to partake in that programme. Even i, at the age of 23 will not make such unfruitful statement.
Kabila u f00l
James Kwabena Bomfeh, the security of the President shall never ever be compromised. There is nothing untoward about the present security arrangement for the presidency. What is James Kwabena Bomfeh's bother? We not taking any chances to make room for loop-holes for the President's personal protection? Please betray to us, James, your saboteur schemes. We should know about them, sir!
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE; PRESIDENT NANA AKUFFO ADDO IS THE PRESIDENT OF GHANA THEREFORE NOT JUST A PRIVATE PERSON LIKE ME AN YOU. THERE ARE SOME RESPONSIBILITIES, PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, CONVENTIONS, REGULATIONS AND SO ON THAT GO WITH THAT POSITION. i WILL TERM ALL THESE THING LOOSELY AS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ISSUES. THESE ISSUES REGULATE AND CONTROLS THE OFFICE THE GHANAIAN PRESIDENT HOLDS. ONE REGULATION IS THAT A DESIGNATED BODY LOOKS AFTER HIS WELFARE INCLUDING HIS PERSONAL SECURITY. THAT IS THE REGULATION. IF SOMEONE CAN PROVE OTHERWISE, THAT IS FINE. ONES YOU HAVE DECIDED TO HOLD THAT OFFICE AND YOU ARE ELECTED, YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THOSE REGULATIONS. THINK ABOUT IT THIS WAY. WHAT ABOUT IF A MINISTER TAKES THE WRONG TURN AND THE PRESIDENT WANTS TO REBUKE THAT MINISTER WHAT MORAL RIGHT WILL THE PRESIDENT HAVE TO CHASTISE THAT MINISTER IF THE PRESIDENT HIMSELF CANNOT FOLLOW REGULATIONS? PLEASE DEBATE ON THE ISSUE.
Kabila this is what we LOYALTY! Who should work and who should come & take the glory?
Kabila didn't seem to have anything to say
