National Chairman of the opposition People's National Convention [PNC], Bernard Mornah, says NDC’s flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama will be a “threat” to the New Patriotic Party [NPP] in the 2020 election.
According to him, claims that John Mahama will be a ‘walk over’ for the NPP is “laughable” – after insisting that “Mahama has learnt his lessons and will correct his mistakes.”
Speaking on NEAT FM’s morning show, ‘Ghana Montie’, Bernard Mornah noted that, despite the urge of the NPP and NDC to win the 2020 election, the PNC will give them a fierce competition.
“We in the PNC are certain of organizing and putting up a spirited performance in meeting the expectations of the masses of Ghana. 2020 will be a crunch election and we the PNC will engage in a vigorous campaign,” he said.
Bernard Mornah also hinted of plans to within the shortest possible time for the PNC to elect its flagbearer for the 2020 general election.
