National Democratic Congress Member of Parliament for North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa says Ghanaian security agencies are not on top of their job and has urged them to work hard to sustain the peace in the country.
According to Mr Ablakwa, the security agencies and the government must wake up and take the security concerns being raised by other countries and their advice to their nationals in Ghana, seriously.
Speaking on Asempa FM’, Mr Ablakwa said it will take the collective efforts of the security agencies and Ghanaians to deal with reports of insecurity and fear in Ghana.
“If we should allow the realities on the ground to speak for themselves, I am not convinced the security agencies are on top of their job and looking at even the pronouncements made by the Criminal Investigations Department boss COP Maame Tiwaa, they can’t convince us they are on top of issues,” he stated.
Mr Ablakwa’s comments follow issues of recent kidnappings in Ghana which he described as an issue not to be dealt with along partisan lines.
He added “if you proceed to be partisan on this issue, one party may decide to step aside in finding lasting solutions to the problem which will affect all of us,” he noted.

sharp teeth boy, go and ask your ELDER ofosu ampofo, he is the cause of all these insecurity in our dear mother country GHANA.
Because the NDC moles in the security are feeding Ofofu Ampofo/NDC with information about their actions. NDC/Ofosu Ampofo has hired people to do EVIL against Ghana

HONOURABLE ABLAKWA, Please point of correction in the mail I just posted to you. You asked me to come to the Parliament house not Bismack please Thank you LP OLIVIA M AIDOO
Honorable, RE-PETITION/ COMPLAINTS I visited you at the Parliament house and made a complaint and you instructed me to write a Petition which I did. But I have not had any positive response from your office yet. I added my phone number and postal addresses but I have not heard from you yet. Do you mind visiting my petition again please. We met at Sureway A/G during Bismark the journalists funeral. He asked me to come to the parliament house which I did. Please visit the issue again for me. I left the petition with your deputy/ assistant as you asked me to. I added photocopies of some of my school certificates. Thanks for understanding. I am the one who want to start the language training school in Ghana. The contract the Net 2 MP hijacked. Well. that is what they say. They say they gave the master file to him. I was asked to start a pilot center or a unit branch in Tema, and that also, someone stole my business plan in UNICEF, and my appointment letters and school certs have been stolen. Please come to my aid since you are a minister in charge of the youth as well. I will be available to answer any other matters you may want to know. Thank you. Lady Ps Olivia Maclean Aidoo 0244242474
