National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye (Nana B) says claims by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) that the Electoral Commission (EC) will disentrance qualified voters in the ongoing Limited Voter Registration is ‘fat lie’.
He said on NEAT FM’s morning show, 'Ghana Montie' that the process is going on ‘smoothly’ and that “no one will be disenfranchised.”
His comment comes after the NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama issued a statement to the effect.
North Tongu MP, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has also raised issues that qualified voters in the constituency are facing difficulties to register.
But Nana B, who disagrees with them said they “are just playing political games to discredit the process.”

You are right Kwasi, in the Volta, the NDC is busing people all over the place. The NPP should keep an eye on people moving in from Togo and Burkina to register as well.
Nana B, the NDC is playing diversionary tactics. They are busing people from the villages to go and register. Even in Accra and Ashanti, they are busing people. The NPP should wise up and do same and stop following their propaganda and get to the ground. Stop wasting your time on radio and get to the ground to get the youth registered and energized for 2024 Nana B and the NPP!
