The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia says Ghanaians have already 'abandoned' the NPP and its followers, hence it'll be better for them to start preparing to hand over.
“Truth is Ghanaians have already abandoned the NPP and their followers. Therefore, the NPP ministers, the wisest thing to do now is to start preparing your handing over notes,” he said at a Press Conference on Monday.
Indelible Ink
Meanwhile, the NDC has again opposed the Electoral Commission's (EC) decision not to use indelible ink as part of voter identification in the 2024 general elections.
The Electoral Commission says the indelible ink will not be used in the 2024 general elections.
According to the Commission, it is replacing the ink with a biometric authentication system which will serve the same purpose as the ink by disallowing any person from engaging in double voting.
However, highlighting the importance of the ink during the Monday presser, Asiedu Nketiah urged the EC to reconsider its decision.

The center of the NDC as a big opposition political party in Ghana to date does not hold. How can it then win the 2024 election, which is already a tense contest? Anyone who wants Ghanaians to believe that the NDC is better than the NPP is living in a freaking paradise. And playing religious or tribal bigotry worsens the chances of convincing any sane person's vote. The breaking of the 8 is here, period!
And which Ghanaians trusts the NPP? You people should keep living in disillusionment. Gone are the days when we had some little faith in NPP, all of it is depleted now to the extent that it appears NDC is better. NPP will never win 2024, no matter whatsoever connivance they do with the EC/chairperson or the islamic elites who want almost all west African countries to be governed by Muslims. Ghana will get a credible and trustworthy alternative soon, so NPP will not be in power for a very long time and NDC will join them in perpetual opposition
NDC will totally lose 2024 election because Ghanaians don’t trust NDC. Even in this world challenging economy. NDC will destroy Ghana totally if the win 2024 election.
You have a very dangerous dream there, dude!
U and your cohorts will get the shock of your lives once again! What are you coming to offer
The challenge we are facing as Ghanaians is that we don't have a good political party as we speak, we talk and complain more but we're not prepared to make the bold decisions. How can our situation change if we keep our mindset and attitude the same? I really find it hard to believe there's any level headed person who's still vouching with their blood for a party like the NPP (just because they're in power) and defending such unacceptable level of economic failure perpetuated by Ofori Atta and Bawumia. We must vote both these rubbish parties out in order to set the tone for our true freedom and development.
If Ghanaians had abandoned the NPP, they might have abandoned the NDC before its realisation. Why am I saying this? The NDC as a political party and its ramifications for the PNDC and whatnot had more chances of getting Ghana out of the mess than any other political party in Ghana. Even more than the great Nkrumah's CPP. I can see how such ***barred word***, annoying political utterances can cause the youth of Ghana to mutiny if the politicians continue to frustrate them. The simple question I will use to end here is: Is the NDC really better than the NPP in terms of governance and development of a state? A word to the wise is enough!
Continue speaking for all Ghanaians. You will know on 7th December,2024 whether Ghanaians have abandoned NPP or not. Agor) w) wani so
Asiedu Nketia de3 ***barred word*** saaa everyday
Asiedu Nketisah thinks Ghanaians are ***barred word*** to throw away better party as NPP for liars and deceit NDC party NO way"" In practice NPP is far better than NDC in terms good governance.
