Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Kafui Danku, who recently became a mother to a lovely daughter has lashed out at her critics for her choice of a husband.
Ever since photos from her baby's christening emerged, there has been a barrage of insults and harsh criticism rained on the actress and her family.
Most of these insults to Kafui are judgmental of the fact that she is married to a relatively older man who is also not African.
In one of her latest updates on her official Instagram page, Kafui pleads to her followers to stop sending her screenshots of negative comments made about her marriage and family.
She wrote, “Pls... Stop sending screenshots of the negative comments...Pls it's enough... I've seen and heard more positive vibes so enough of the negative ones already. Not everyone will agree with ur choices but it's their opinion and they can keep it to themselves If they can't be inspired.... (It's no news though) Negative screenshots don't work for me. Thank you.”
Kafui who has been married to her Canadian beau for a few years now, revealed last year that she had suffered 3 miscarriages before her successful conception and birth of Baby Lorde.
The couple seem happy and Kafui is determined to enjoy her marriage whether Ghanaians are in favour of it or not.

JUST ACCEPT THE EWES LONG STANDING TRADITION OF PATRONIZING WHITE MATES.....THIS IS NOTHING NEW....
most of the negative comments are coming from older Ghanaian men
Dus think she married jux fa money?well I don't fink so cos she alredi hve de money
why should you people talk about somebody's marriage? you people don't have anything meaningful to do? eeiii, you people should get a life oooo. Some of these people judging this lady do not have anything to eat
folks pleae leave her alone . she is old enough to decide who she want to spend the rest of her life with and she has done that period . enjoy your marriage dear .
Asante, you are mean! Hahahahaha
My dear it is your own life so do whatever you want with it. We all know you married a man old enough to be your grandfather for love and nothing else. You would have even married my grand uncle Wofa Agyei(a farmer at Kokode) if you fell in love with him. As you kid grows older and you and Olu go and pick her up from school her friends might tease her too so you have to be strong for her. People will always talk and they would have said worse things if you were a guy married to an older woman. They are doing the same thing to Kofi Adjololo and his girlfriend. That girl too is very young. Please ignore the haters, enjoy!
Sika anibree nti look what she is married to!! Ahh! This man would die before this baby girl grows into her teens. Money is not everything oo my sisters! Work hard yourself and the right man will come along. How can such a pretty young woman be married to an old bloke who could easily pass for her grandfather. It's embarrassing to say the least! Tweaaa can't imagine his sti.n.king breath! Lol
Awww Kafui! I sympatize with you. It can't be easy for you to see all the negative comments about the man you're married to. However, it must be said that if a man identical to your husband but without money approached you, it is almost 99% likely that you would have rejected him. I'm not saying it is right for you to be insulted for your choice but we must all deal with the consequences of our choices, especially those in the limelight
