Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, has stated that the death of sensational female dancehall artiste, Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng aka Ebony Reigns as an act of God.
Hon. Agyapong who was speaking on Adom TV’s Morning Show “Badwam” Tuesday said the death of Ebony was her destiny, adding that no one could have prevented the death on that fateful day.
“I listened to her manager yesterday saying that her death was prophesied and even some prophets predicted it. The issue is that we will all one day die and so I see her death as her destiny and act of God but it’s very painful” he said.
He continued that “even the Bible talks about death and I think it was ordained to happen in fulfillment of the coming of Christ and his resurrection”, he added.
Ebony died in an accident at Nyamebekyere near Mankranso in the Ahafo Ano South, a district in the Ashanti Region on Thursday aged 20.
Her black Jeep vehicle collided head-on with a VIP bus from the opposite direction.
But reacting to the issue, the outspoken MP believes that every individual will die no matter what, so he does not fear death.

God is love and would not destine any one to die so young. It was the son of Judah, grandson of Jacob who was killed by God, because the Bible says God saw him to be too wicked. You don't take threats of death for granted especially when it comes from different sources. We are mortals but concurrently spiritual beings who are physically affected by matters from the spiritual world by physical manifestations. After such bizarre threats of death, how could Ebony be allowed to embark on the journey of death at such an ungodly hour? The Devil sees God given talents and in order to steal, kill and destroy, sends his agents to deceive people who are given those talents by God to rebel against God Himself. The Devil is very cunning, hence strikes the talented at late teens and early 20s and 30s. Judge no one so that you will also not be judged; said by Jesus. The Devil believed that God rejected Moses when he did what was wrong before God and was to die for what he did. The Devil therefore went to take the body of Moses but to his surprise, God Ordered the ARCH ANGEL MICHAEL to the earth and took the body of Moses away from him. God is LOVE.
When somebody's ***barred word*** i t y and evil deeds has ended the life of a precious beautiful talented lady in a painful way like this, you sit down there and say it is the act of a god that does not exist? If this mentality does not stop, Europeans will chase us out of Africa and take it from us because, they will tell us a god gave them the land of Africa nut they allowed us to live on it for sometime and that a god has told them to take it away frttom us. Ghanaians think Ther is no parent that will kill hisher child he/she has brought to live happily in the world and enjoy it. This mentality shopuld stop. The beatiful talented Ebony was killed by negligence and ***barred word*** i t y.
someone explain to me why this is a news item, please!
No one is destined to die, Ken. Human error has killed many people who should have been alive today. According to the bible", the devil came to steal to kill and to destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly". May her soul rest in perfect peace.
