Father of the late Afro-Dancehall songstress, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng ‘Ebony Reigns’ has divulged that her manager, Bullet verbally abused her on several occasions.
According to Nana Opoku Kwarteng, Ebony at the latter part of her music career was the least happy with her management due to how poorly they handled her.
He told Peace FM Saturday, April 14, that even though her daughter told her about the predicament she found herself, worried as he was, he couldn’t really do much to free her from the shackles of Rufftown Records because Ebony was bound to a contract.
“She told me about the abuse severally, she was not happy with her management led by Bullet, she complained bitterly about her situation. As a father who so much loved his daughter, that hurt me. I was always praying for her to get out of that situation but there was a contract she had signed, so she needed to abide by that, she had no option.
I just kept my cool about what she was going through.”
Ebony lost her life when her car was involved in a head-on collision with a bus while travelling from the Brong Ahafo Region to the Greater Accra on February 8, 2018.

People please the man said "verbally abused" So what is the hustle here..? I myself witnessed it ones in a dance video they did together which he insulted the girl right in the video. He is hurt so let him speak his heart out than keeping the pain in him. Bullet just admit the fact and apologize for she is gone already..
Ghanaians, don't you think man is very very irresponsible and money conscious! Why didn't he complained about this when his daughter died, even before the funeral. Now, that Bullet has helped them through everything, this is how he is thanking him. Bullet, sorry I criticized you when Ebony died that you should had strict with her as a manager so she wouldn't do anything she liked. But now I understand everything. Ebony's father has never been a good father and he is portraying it to Ghanaians.
i was surprised when the man said that. Since when did telling your daughter to straighten up become an abuse? Your daughter was in oblivion till she met bullet who put his own career aside to promote her with his and his partners money. Managing an artiste is not an easy feat. Sometimes you have to be strict to get things done and that does not mean abuse. As a parent, you might have to sometimes shout on your child or better still, use the cane if u have to, and that doesnt mean you are abusing your child. This kind of statements, creates the impression of ungratefulness. u have no idea the number of people with talents who are dying to have someone like bullet have a bit of faith in them to help bring their talents out. Don't demoralise the young man for helping your daughter attain the height she attained. Just do not do that. its unfair. If u have nothing positive to say to him, just don't paint him black. u blamed him for not stopping your daughter from travelling, but bullet was not even in town and didn't even know she was travelling. you knew but didn't stop her. how can u blame him for this misfortune? i suggest u dont talk anymore cos u are not doing yourself and family any good.
Ungratefulness. Why Why and What. Heeeiiiiii Papa yei
Next time manage your child wai. You talk too much. U led your child astray.
This man should show maturity. He must be grateful to Bullet
Waaah look you are irresponsible father, how can bullet abused your own daughter while standing beside and look????? poor you Mr.
How come you're saying this now.
Mr man gallaway...you daughter is dead so shüt up and move on!!!
