Renowned journalist, Kwami Sefa Kayi has been named the MUSIGA Anti-Corruption Star.
An anti-corruption star is one who is championing the fight against corruption in the country.
As part of MUSIGA’s anti-corruption campaign dubbed “The Role of Music in the Implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Action Plan (NACAP)”, a personality is selected quarterly.
The first was Lawyer Ace Ankomah and the second is our very own Chairman General as he is affectionately called.
A citation presented to him read:
"Kwami Sefa-Kayi affectionately known as Chairman-General by your panelists and listeners alike, your ongoing campaign for a better life for Ghanaians through your strident social advocacy deserves commendation. Your analytical attention to detail and your constant striving to ensure that politicians deliver on their mandate while eschewing corruption has endeared you to many a Ghanaian.
In addition to your social advocacy, your work as a broadcaster, social commentator and a role model begets admiration and it is for this reason that the project management team of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) appoints you a MUSIGA Anti-corruption star.

Star???? you mean Czar my friend
under kuffour's watch, lots of ministers lost their job when reported corrupt but under clearing agent nana's watch, they go on suspension and later cleared after investigations. lol
musiga is as corrupt as kwame sefa kayi who formed the KSK just so he can benefit fro the PDS. he really campaigned against ndc and floating voters like myself bought into his lies, but when his party npp came into power, he suddenly lost his voice and ask when how and who. who?? check the contract for sale boss who sto1e $70m kuffour's time but managed to get a position under bugger nana to stea1 again.
Kofi, to buttress your point, when it comes to corruption in NPP and an NDC panelist is making a submission, the question Sefa Kayi will ask the NDC person is "how, when, why, who and what" without going into the merits and demerits of his submission. No wonder Kwesi Pratt has been having serious banters with him in his bias moderation of the program. He doesn't have any higher moral ground to receive this recognition. Ghanaians are the best judges.
Kwame my brother does well on corruption when the NDC is on power. I have no problem with that at all. When the NPP comes to power he tries as much as possible to supress discussions on their corrupt antics. You see, he is my brother so i'll not like to comment too much on this. Yes there are hero worshippers who do not tell people the truth and one is MUSIGA. They have their own interest so they will definitely give my brother this award. If Chairman show vibrancy in corruption matters under NPP just as he does on NDC, he will even have more listerners and more support.
