Ghana’s Duke Micah defeated America’s Thomas Snow to defend his WBC international bantamweight belt on Saturday night in New York.
The judges scored it 97-92 and 97-93 for Micah and 95-94 for Snow.
With the win Micah has improved to 22-0, (18 KOs) while Snow dropped to 19-4, (12 KO’s).
The Ghanaian was given a good run for his money by the American, but he managed to overcome the threat to put up a good show to win the fight.
The two boxers warred from round one to the last round (round 10), till Micah claimed a split decision win.
