John Anum, also known as “Agogo”, has been capped as the winner of the tenth edition of ‘Man Ghana’, a bodybuilding championship held on Saturday at the Osu Presby Hall in Accra.
The Ghanaian bodybuilder who is based in Canada triumphed over former champions Kofi Salia and Cyril Adjah Kofi to win his second ‘Man Ghana’ title.
The win will afford “Agogo” the opportunity to represent Ghana at the Arnold classics in South Africa next year.
Speaking to the media after his victory, Anum said “ I have the experience to make Ghana proud at the grand event next year. The sport has been down for a while and for me I have competed in most of the big events in the world so I have the experience to make Ghana proud”
Meanwhile former champion Cyril Adjah Kofi has vowed to win back the title when the competition opens again next year.
