David Addy has been passed fit for Tuesday's semi-final clash with Hungary in Cairo at the Fifa World Youth Championship after missing Sunday's training session.
The left-back was in pain and had to withdraw five minutes into the second half of Ghana's 3-2 win over South Korea in Suez after he was crashed in his left rib. He sustained contusion(tissue bruises) and will be available for selection but will have his rib bandaged to reduce the pain when playing.
"We are lucky there was no broken bone in his left hip bone and his current situation isn't that serious to sideline him. We are still monitoring him to be sure he's 100% fit for the match," Team Physiotherapist Joseph Ankamah told Ghanasoccernet.com
Striker Ransford Osei and Daniel Opare picked up minor injuries and limped off during training but should be fit for match.
