Ex-international Peter Ofori-Quaye insists has returned to the Ghana Premier League to relaunch his career.
The former Olympiacos attacker agreed a one-year deal with newly-promoted Bechem United as a free agent.
There are suggestions that the former Black Stars lead striker is playing his career swansong but he has vehemently rubbished.
Im not here to end my career. If I wanted to end my career I wouldnt have come to Bechem, I would have found a club in Accra close to my family, the 31-year-old told Joy FM
I came here to restart my career.
I have been out for long due to injuries but now Ive recovered and I know myself and Im very sure I will play like I used to.
Ofori-Quaye last played for Cypriot side AEL Limassol in 2010 but has been on the sidelines due to injuries.
