Former Asante Kotoko coach Maxwell Konadu has said that he does not know where his fate lies with the Satellites after the Africa Youth Champioship qualification matches.
�I still don�t see myself as the substantive coach for the Satellites�, he stated.
Speaking in an interview with Peace Power Sports, the former All Stars coach said he was contracted by the Football Association to ensure that the Black Satellites qualify for the 2013 African Youth tournament in Algeria after the resignation of Orlando Wellington.
�After the team qualifies, the GFA will decide as to whether I continue or not�, he added.
According to Konadu, he is very sure of the Satellites qualification as he has the boys to do the job.
He told Peace Power Sports that Ghana has the materials in terms of player quality, but what mattered most was the preparation toward matches.
�Ghanaian players are very smart and intelligent�, he concluded.
After every tournament in these generational teams the performance goes up and down so as a coach you always have to pray and hope you build a better team for subsequent tournaments.
The Black Satellites will leave for Morocco on Wednesday for the return encounter of the 2013 Africa Youth Championship decider in Rabat scheduled for this Friday.

�Success Dedicated To Kotoko�
The former Kotoko coach has thanked his former club for the success he has achieved so far in his coaching career.
�My success is all about Kotoko giving me the opportunity and platform to exhibit my talent�, he told Peace Power Sports in an interview.
He added that he is very grateful to the fans of Asante Kotoko for their constant prayers and support which has contributed to his success.
He stressed on the believe instilled in him by the management of Kotoko CEO Dr. K. K. Sarpong, praising and thanking the whole team for their support and prayers while in charge of the current Ghana League champions.
Maxwell Konadu was a member of the Men's National Team that won the bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain.
He also won gold as assistant coach of Ghana's Men's Olympic Team at the All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique in 2011.
In July 2011, Konadu was appointed as assistant coach of Asante Kotoko, the club where he first gained fame as a prolific goal scorer. He however signed on as head coach following his return from the All-Africa Games in Maputo, Mozambique, following the sacking of Serbian coach Bogdan Korak.
On 5 June 2012, Konadu resigned as manager of Asante Kotoko after guiding the club to their 22nd league title and securing qualification to the 2013 CAF Champions League.
On 10 July 2012, Konadu was appointed as the manager of the national under-20 football team succeeding Orlando Wellington.
