Abdul Baba Rahman is in line to play his first game for Chelsea when the English champions take on Maccabi Tel Aviv in their opening UEFA Champions' League game of the season tomorrow night.
The Ghana defender has yet to enjoy game time for Chelsea since his switch from Augsburg in August but speaking in his pre-match press conference on Tuesday morning, Jose Mourinho revealed that Baba will surely feature against the Israel champions.
Chelsea have endured an indifferent start to the defence of the English Premier League title, suffering three defeats in the opening five games and are rooted to the bottom half of the table on a mere 4 points.
Mourinho's side hope to find solace in the Champions' League and Baba Rahman appears to be one of the players expected to come in to help their cause.
