Former Cameroon Assistant Coach Ibrahim Tanko has urged Ghanaian coaches to upgrade themselves in other to earn more opportunities outside the country.
Ghanaian coaches hardly secure foreign contracts due to their low level of qualification.
Ex-Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah is currently the only Ghanaian tactician coaching outside the country.
Tanko has however advised football coaches in the country to upgrade themselves.
“Qualification denies Ghanaian coaches jobs in Europe. Best thing is they should upgrade coaching badges,” he told Starr FM.
The ex-Ghanaian international is currently in the country after leaving his job as an assistant coach of Cameroon.
