Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak are expected to name their head coach by the close of the week, footballghana.com have reported.
The club’s head coaching position became vacant after the resignation of stop-gap trainer Yaw Preko last month.
Over 30 coaches applied for the job with some foreign coaches also showing interest.
Reports have emerged that, Black Princesses coach Didi Dramani is top of the list ahead of the announcement.
Meanwhile, ex-Kotoko coach Henry Wellington Lamptey is currently the assistant coach and will be joined by a substantive coach latest by Friday despite expressing his desire to lead the club.
Henry Willington led the club to a dramatic win over rivals Adante Kotoko in the semifinal of the ongoing G6 tournament.
