Aduana Stars kept the chase for the League title after beating Great Olympics 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday.
The Dormaa-based Club ones again snatched an important away win despite finishing the game with 10 men after skipper Godfred Saka was sent off.
Olympics defender and captain Dan Quaye scored an own goal to give Aduana the lead before striker Bright Adjei added the second.
Abel Manomey who is the top scorer for Olympics this season snatched a goal back for the home team in the second half.
The result keeps Aduana Stars in second place with 21 points, 2 points behind leaders WAFA.
Great Olympics still lie at the drop with 10 points.
