Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah reveals he would have ventured into farming if he had failed to become a footballer.
The Bologna star despite accomplishing his dreams of becoming a footballer had hopes of following the footsteps of his parents by becoming a cocoa farmer.
Donsah will not mind to enter into agriculture should he retire from the game.
“If I was not a footballer, I would work on cocoa plantations like my parents. I grew up in Ghana’s absolute poverty, at least 15 years when I tried the football career,” he noted.
The former Ghana U20 midfielder has popped up on the radar of several Italian Clubs including the likes of AS Roma and Inter Milan.
The 22-year-old on few occasions have been spotted on the cocoa farm anytime he comes for holidays in Ghana
