Former Hearts of Oak defender Vincent Atinga has debunked reports linking him to a possible return to club.
Atinga's contract expired at the end of season and has been declared free agent by the Ghana FA Player Status Committee.
Recent reports in the local media claim the centre back will be making a u-turn to re-sign after a reported failed move abroad.
But that has been dispelled by the 2017 WAFU Cup of Nations winer.
"I am not returning to Hearts of Oak, I wouldn't have gone for floating if I wanted to return. Period!,'' Atingah told OTEC FM.

Please go away quietly. There are others dying to have the same opportunity.
LOOK AT HIM. WHO MADE WHO U ARE TODAY, THIS IS THE SAME THING OTHERS DID AND TODAY THEY ARE NO WHERE. U THINK U ARE ON TOP SO U CAN SAY ANYTHING. HEARTS OF OAK IS BIGGER THAN ANY INDIVIDUAL LIKE U. WE HAVE SEEN MUCH BETTER BETTER PLAYER THAN U. U CAN GO WHERE EVER U WANT TO GO. SEE WHETHER HEART WILL EXIST OR NOT.
Who cares. You won nothing. He's never Amankwa Mireku , Dan Quaye or Dan Coleman. Just that in the land of the blind, the one eyed man is a king...
massa you wont even get the opportunity for a come back considering those cheap goals you allowed kotoko to score against Hearts
