Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan has been left short of words by the demise of dancehall musician Ebony Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng, popularly known in the music industry as Ebony Reigns, following her untimely demise on Thursday.
The musician perished in a vehicular accident on Thursday night aged 20, and a week short of her 21st birthday.
Many tributes have come in eulogising the singer but the Black Stars skipper chose to pay tribute to her using a video of his performance with her along with the caption: "Awww Ebony .... rest in peace".
In the video Gyan raps after Ebony sings her "Date Your Father" hit song.
Ebony is one of the favourites for 2017 Artiste of the Year in Ghana’s music awards gala scheduled for March.
