Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Felix Annan claims winning against sworn rivals Hearts of Oak is always special as his side recorded back-to-back victories in the two-legged friendly match at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
The Black Stars B goalkeeper replaced Kwame Baah who kept the post in the first leg and he believes there is so much value on games between both sides saying it is more than only three points to the fans.
The young goalie says they attach equal importance to every game they play but the joy in snatching victory against Hearts of Oak is always “special”.
“Hearts and Kotoko games are special games,” he stated in a post-match interview.
“Moreover, for the fans, it is more than three points,” he continued.
“For us as a team, we go into every game approaching it the same way but when you win against Hearts of Oak, it is special because of the fans.”
