The Fair Wages and Salaries Commission FWSC, (the State institution mandated to advise Government and implement the Single Spine Pay Policy (SSPP) has appointed Mr. Earl Ankrah, formerly of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) as the Head of Public Affairs.
