The National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, last Friday introduced Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to the Islamic community as running mate to the flag-bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), shortly after the weekly congregational service at the Abossey Okai Central Mosque in Accra, crowning it all with a prayer.
