Adamu Yakubu, 78, who was hit by a bullet, died on the spot during the enskinment of Nido Sulenana as Tishigu Naa, at Tishigu, a suburb of Tamale, on Saturday afternoon. Three persons, who were injured in the incident, were admitted to hospital, but two of them were discharged. The police had apprehended 11 suspects believed to be directly involved in the incident.
