The chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Kwabena Adjei, has finally broken his silence on the happenings within the party, saying Mr. Johnson Asiedu-Nketia, the party�s general secretary, did not insult former President Rawlings with his positive defiance call.
