Ms Samia Yaba Nkrumah, Chairperson of the Convention People�s Party, (CPP) has paid glowing tribute to the late President John Evans Atta Mills, describing him as �a fine president who exhibited political tolerance and patience in his relationship with opponents within and outside his party.
