The Executive Director of the West Africa Network for Peace Building (WANEP), Dr. Emmanuel Bombande, has admonished that comments made by the National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Yaw Boateng Gyan, on a �secret tape� does not resonate with the spirit of tolerance and peace.
