Parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party in the Dome /Kwabenya constituency, Lawyer Sarah Adwoa Safo has challenged the NDC government to come out with an actuarial analysis for the implementation of the One-Time premium payment policy for the NHIS, rather than unnecessarily resorting to mudslinging the well cut out and designed free SHS policy which is to be implemented by the New Patriotic Party when it assumes the mantle of leadership come next January.
